Meet our Massage Therapists
Our Massage Therapists are in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and can provide receipts for insurance.
Jennifer Bloch, RMT, Owner, Director RMTAO
Massage Therapy was an easy career choice for me. It gave me an opportunity to do something I am extremely passionate about, making a difference in peoples’ lives. In addition to skills I have gained through my education at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, my experience in my previous career in Human Resources gives me a unique ability to help my clients establish realistic and achievable goals for their healthcare.
Having been a recipient of massage for many years, I have extremely high standards for client care. All associate Massage Therapists at JBRMT share these values. I am committed to helping clients differentiate between unsubstantiated claims about the benefits of Massage Therapy and true evidence so that they are empowered to make informed decisions about their health care options.
Andrea Carloni, RMT
After graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, I continued to further my education to expand my understanding of the human body in terms of movement and overall physiology.
My main expertise in massage includes Therapeutic, Injuries, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal massage. I believe in a holistic approach to healthcare, and use a broad set of tools to educate and empower clients to maintain optimal function.
In addition to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, I completed my designation as a Certified Personal Trainer, which compliments my knowledge as an RMT to engage clients’ in the awareness of their bodies and how to prevent possible injuries.
In general, I live a healthy and active lifestyle and am always learning new ways to enhance my quality of life and lead by example.
Alessio Skrynnyk, RMT
Massage therapy was the most effective treatment for me when I had scoliosis as a teenager; that is why I decided to become an RMT. Starting my career path in Italy as a Sport Massage Therapist, I obtained excellent training and had a great experience working with a soccer team.
I continued my training at Kikkawa College in Toronto where I developed a passion for exploring diverse massage modalities to stay up to date with industry standards and trends. My expertise includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Thai massage, myofascial release, chair massage and, most recently, The Gilbert Method.
I enjoy taking time to educate my clients about their treatments and provide simple at-home exercises specific to their health needs. My overarching goal is to provide personal and individualized treatments that get to the root cause of my clients’ aches and pains.
